The 6 Best Beauty Apps 4 Minute Tech Keeping yourself looking and feeling pampered isn’t easy, and sometimes booking that appointment to get yourself looking like a celeb the day before you go on holiday can be near impossible. Beauty apps are there to make this possible, and get you looking and feeling great. Beauty apps make you feel like you have thousands of beauty specialists

on speed dial. I’ve reviewed BeYou, MissBeez, Emily RoseSpa, Blow and Ruuby so you can decide which is the right app for you. From ‘uber for beauty’ to celebrity treatment,if you want to know which beauty app to install today keep watching – you’ll regret itif you don’t! Here are 6 beauty apps that make booking beautyand wellness appointments super easy. The first beauty app I reviewed is BeYou. BeYou allows you to book make-up artists tocome to your home.

The app itself is easy to use and is differentto the other apps in that you don’t pay a fixed price. You pay a different price depending on thebeauty therapist you choose. I guess the quality differs depending on theprice but this is a good app to use if you aren’t wanting to pay a fixed price, andcan probably save you a bit of money too.

There are lots of stylists and therapiststo choose from, which makes it hard to choose one. But if you find someone you like you can selectthem for your upcoming treatments which is nice. The next app I reviewed is MissBeez. This one is an app that sends beauty therapiststo your home. So you can have treatments like manicuresor massages in the comfort of your own home. I like this app because it’s easy to getthings booked and there aren’t too many beauticians to choose from.

MissBeez is described as the ‘uber for beauty’which made me laugh (because it’s so different to uber in what’s being offered) but alsois very true – everything is in one place. And you know who you’re meeting and whatyou’re getting. I guess it’s as easy to use as Uber! The Emily Rose Spa app is a pretty, pink appthat is easy to use. This app allows you to book in appointmentswith beauty and hair specialists in the comfort of your own home. This app has a more

holistic theme and isless about make up and more about wellness. I like that about the app because it makesit different to the others. The design of the app is also very pretty. Blow LTD is an app that sends hair stylists, make up artists, nail and lash technicians to your door. I like the app because it is constantly beingupdated – which shows Blow listens to their customers. I like the layout of the app.

Blow now has beauty bars in London, Birminghamand Manchester so you can easily book on the app and go and see their artists in store. The next app I reviewed was Ruuby. Another app that delivers beauty professionalsto your door (or office or hotel). I love the style of this app, it’s so pretty! It’s easy to navigate and the rating systemis a really good idea – you get to see a little about your technician / stylist andread a short bio for each. This is probably

my favorite app out of all of them. It’s easy to use, it’s trustworthy (or at least they know how to make themselves look trustworthy) and it’s very aesthetically pleasing. This app is exclusive to London. I found all the apps really easy to use and do exactly what they say on the tin. I had no technical issues with any of the apps and especially loved the interface of the Rugby app. If you found this video useful please leave a comment below, and PLEASE subscribe to 4 Minute Tech!
